GUESTS:

MASHARIO BISASOR from the Rotary Club of Montego Bay Sunrise Club, here visiting family in Brampton and needed to do a make-up.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

PRESIDENT JEREMY: Wants to get attendance up come September and has guest speakers lined up for our meetings. He is trying to make things more interesting and would like our help if finding guest speakers, so please let him know if you have someone. Also any ideas on how to improve our attendance, and no DWAC strippers won’t help, maybe for a few weeks but not in the long run.

World Polio Day is Thursday Oct 24th and he wants a few of our members to hand out flyers at the Bramalea Go Station at 7:30 that morning. Please keep it in mind and help.

NO MEETING NEXT WEEK, 21ST, DREAMS TAKE FLIGHT GOLF TOURNAMENT IS TAKING 8 OF OUR MEMBERS.

JACK: Bingo Thursday Night. He will be there, (Tina, Irving, and David H) where there for their 3 minute training, actually Tina and Irving showed me how to sign in because it’s been a week since I did it and forgot, (they moved the sign that tells us how to do it). Tina and David will do Wednesday 21st. they are both experienced now. It is a boring and unexciting night, but it is for charity and it’s all we have now, so we have to live with it.

THE DRAW:

GYAN sold the tickets then won the draw; I think Dannie taught him too well.

HAPPY BUCKS:

JEREMY: Just back from holidays and the air conditioner died. He apologized, he is sorry, that is why he is in shorts and casual shirt.

NORBERT: Last Friday was his birthday, so his wife gave him a bit of a birthday party on Sunday, it was very nice, and he got a bouquet of flowers from one of his male admirers.

TINA: Had a great time with Jack and Pauline and her family, went to a show to see their granddaughter Rebecca in a play and won the 50/50 prize of $130. Sad note, her daughter in B.C. is quite ill and would like us all to say a prayer or think good thoughts for her.

RAY: His car broken into again, did some damage and got some stuff, but mostly just a nescience,  Brampton is not what it used to be, very sad.

RANDY: Good weekend in the States came back with a smile on his face.

SHANTA: welcome to our visitor from Jamaica.

MASHARIO: Happy to be here, found our name in the directory and glad he chose our club to make up at. Told us a little about his club and what they do.

SHANTA: Read a Joke,

Don’t forget the Toronto Foundation Dinner and Dance is coming up on Sat. September 14th, and she needs to know who is coming from our club.
