BRAMPTON CLUSTER CLUB PEACE DINNER
ROTARY CLUBS OF
BRAMALEA, BRAMPTON, BRAMPTON FLOWER CITY
BRAMPTON HEART LAKE AND BRAMPTON SOUTH.
No regular meeting that day, we had a great evening meeting with all 5 clubs of Brampton in attendance.
It was a great evening, with a fine meal, steak, scalloped potatoes, salads, pasta and deserts, great meal, well done staff of Rotary Glen.
The Master of Ceremonies was Orlando Bowen from the Flower City Club and he did a great job. All the presidents where there and had little duties to do.
The speakers where very good, especially enjoyed Hyder Hasson speaking on his trip to Pakistan for Polio Plus, he is a very good speaker and it was a great trip.
Liz Watson and Bev LeFrancios spoke on the Woman’s Movement in Afghan and other parts of the Middle East. It too was a very interesting program.
All clubs where well represented, we had 10 of our members there. I think there where about 80 Rotarians and all where very happy with the event.
We have a regular meeting this Wednesday 5th, and don’t forget the Open House brought to you by the Rotary Clubs of Brampton. Jeremy has invitations and wants everyone to bring at least 2-10 guests with them.
