ANNOUNCEMENTS:

TINA: North Bramalea United Church is collecting gently used formal wear, suits, dresses etc, to be used by kids who can’t afford to rent or buy graduation stuff. If you have anything let her know and she will arrange to have it picked up or something.

JEREMY: No Wednesday meeting next week, those who can will attend the Poor Boys Lunch at Century Gardens, on Thursday May 9th, 12-2:00 registration at 11:15. We have purchased a table for our club.

The Rotary Club of Brampton South is having their 3rd Annual Lobster & Chicken Fest. Saturday June 15, Century Gardens. $75:00 per person.

About 1/3 of our club did not respond to the anonymous survey that went out about the direction of our club, it was quite frustrating for him, as it was to direct him in leading the club. 1/3 don’t care. From the results, it was decided that we will pass on the new hockey team and the selling of the 50/50 tickets, with too few interested the ones who wanted it couldn’t handle all that is involved. We will be doing Bingo as our fund raiser. RUSS & JACK   went over to the hall to see the operation and it certainly looks a lot cleaner and easier than before, (it sure smelled a lot better too, no smoke)

RANDY: Going to Disney World the week to help with Dreams Take Flight. He will have a busy 24 hours; JEREMY will use D WAC’S van to pick him and the 4 kids up and have them at the airport by 5AM and be there to pick them up at midnight. Lots of luck.

There will be no Bull-a-ton next week because of the Poor Boy’s Luncheon.
