BUD SUKHU from the HeartLake Club and MARGARET MCGREGOR wife of David from our club, visited on the 16th. GLENN GIBSON, Ray’s son and ROBERT HARVEY, D Wac’s older brother visited us on the 23rd.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
BUD: Thanked Russ and some others for all their help and info on the 50/50 draws because their club begins the 50/50 draws with the new Brampton Beasts this weekend. He then won the 50/50 draw here today and gave the money back to our club because he wants to use our Drums that we used for the 50/50 draws.
JEREMY: Oct 24th World Polio Day. He will be at the Go Station handing out flyers, if he gets them. District Conference is this weekend, and he hopes that some of our members will be able to attend some if not all of the events.
No regular noon time meeting next week, it will be an evening Club Assembly to discuss club business and activities. 6:00 to meet and greet and eventually eat.

D MAC: Happy his wife able to join us today.
NORBERT: Happy his wife is home, life is good, he comes home and food is ready on the table.
RANDY: Thanked Jack for covering for his dad at bingo the other night, fortunately Jack only lives 5 minutes away, because he forgot, and Randy had to call him at 9:30. ( I was almost in bed, but I made it there before the Bingo started at 10:00.
TINA: Will be away on a cruise for 2 weeks, will miss us? She also was talking to Jerry and he says he misses us and when or if things slow down a bit he will drop in to see us.
THE DRAW:
DANNIE won the draw again, a most unpopular win, but what can you do when it’s fixed. Some people say it was because we let a lawyer pull the ticket, I don’t know what that means, but it was mentioned.
No speaker today, and next week Oct 30th is an evening meeting.
