Oct. 24th is World Polio Awareness Day, still looking for people to help at the Go Station early in the morning, to give out pamphlets. Wed. Oct 9th, at City Hall the City is going to declare World Polio Day in Brampton. Please join him there if you can.

WAYNE: Heart Lake is having a BEERFEST On Sat. Oct 19th 5:00 – 8:00 at the Snelgrove Community Centre. Cost is $50 per person and includes beer, food and music.

NORBERT: The Mississauga Roteract Club is doing a promotional video and need some of the older Rotarians to be there, Norbert will take you if you want to go.

RUSS: Next weeks program is the Peel Family Services, and the following week is the Roteract  Club.

HAPPY BUCKS:

RUSS: 41 years of wedded bliss, 38 for him and 3 for Linda, I think that’s what he said.

JACK: Great week, Steak dinner at Russ and Linda’s Wed. night, Ribs and a Live Comedy Show at my Son’s on Thursday Night in Barrie, and Dinner and tickets to see Les Miserables at my Daughters on Friday night. Birthdays are great.

D MAC: Their trip to the Agawa Canyon got cancelled due to the flooding in that area, it was very disappointing, but they did get their money back. So they went to the casino and he won $500. So life is good for him in retirement.

TINA: Bruising all gone on her behind, she says, we have no real proof, D Wac asked, and she is going to have her newest grandchild on Friday. Hope all goes well.

NORBERT: Liz got her white car. No other comment.
