GUESTS:

No guests, nobody likes us anymore. Only 12 members showed up.

HAPPY BUCKS:

GYAN, celebrating his 83 birthday on Thursday, doesn’t look a day over 82.

D WAC, celebrating his 20 years in business with a Bar BQ and concert at his store on Saturday the 25th, if you are in the area he would love for you to drop in. Drummer’s Choice corner of Clark and West Dr.  Be there around! 1:00

RUSS: A guy broke into his house last week. He didn’t take his TV, just the remote. Now he drives by and changes the channels. Sick SOB!

NORBERT: His daughter’s wedding went well, everything was great. It was nice having his Ex, his current and his Mother with him for four days in Nova Scotia.

TED: I think it is terrible and disgusting how everyone has treated Lance Armstrong, especially after what he achieved, winning 7 Tour de France races, while on drugs. When I was on drugs, I couldn’t even find my bike.

JERRY: Got scammed out of $25. He bought a Tiger Woods DVD entitled “My Favorite 18 Holes”. Turns out it’s all about golf, absolute waste of money.

DANNIE: Read a joke about clocks in Heaven and Mike Duffy, you had to be here.

RANDY: Condoms don’t guarantee safe sex anymore. A friend of his was wearing one when he was shot by the woman’s husband.

JACK: Good thing Tina and Shanta aren’t here today with all this dirty stuff going on.

THE DRAW:

WAYNE WOOD WON, WOW HOW WONDERFUL, WHOOPY!

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

WAYNE: Winning all that money reminded him that the Penny Drive is coming to an end soon, so if you have any pennies bring them in soon.

We will be helping the Perpetual Bazaar, on June 8th. For our Day of Giving project, we will be painting and cleaning and stuff like that. He is looking for volunteers; let him know as soon as possible if you are able to help.

D MAC & NORBERT: They will be going to Lowes to get the tools, and to the schools to find the students for the Lowes Tool Award, and the Ray Gibson Scholarship. They may need a volunteer for the night of June 21, let them know if you can be available then.

PRESIDENT JEREMY: We paid for 2 students to attend the Camp Enterprise, and he is still getting positive calls about the great job TINA did on the four days and nights she was there.

QUINT MEETING NEXT WEEK, MAY 29TH, (NO NOON MEETING THAT DAY) All our club is attending, Rotary Glen, 6:00 for dinner and meet and greet.

Games Day will be at Spot One on Sunday July 7th. Please try to get some people together and make a fun day out of it.

Now that he has some experience, Jeremy has decided to stay on as President for a 2nd year, only because nobody else was put forward. He needs lots of help from our members, lets all try to get behind him and give him support and get out club back to what it was before. Main problem is we need new members, us older ones have done it all and want younger ones to step up and do it, we will help. We can start by asking friends to join us for the Rotary Drop in at Rotary Glen June 5th.
