HAPPY BUCKS:

JEREMY: Something like a Bozo Buck, while selling 50/50 tickets the other day in the stands, her tried to take a shortcut over the railing that separates the cheap seat from the more expensive seats. His apron got in the way of his leg going over the rail and he fell hitting his nose on the seat and cutting himself, to make matters worse, he has a 6” gash on his leg. It was very hard to do that and try to look cool.

JACK: He and Pauline had a good relaxing time last week in Collingwood. Before they went they had the great pleasure to see their grand daughter Emily star in a production of Les Miserables at Mayfield SS, they went to both productions and it was fantastic. Due to the teachers union problems and work to rule that may happen the teachers decided to go ahead with a modified production. It was to be done in November, but that may not happen. It was so successful that they have been asked to do it again so that more people can see it. There will be another show on Tuesday Oct 30th at 12:00 and it is only $5.00. If anyone wants tickets contact Mayfield School and ask, that’s all I know.

NORBERT: The Rotary Halloween Party is at his place this Saturday at 7:30 with food and fun and costumes and music by D WAC & FRIEND? Every one is welcomed but let him know so he can get Liz to cook enough food. He also purchased a new Laser engraver for his art work; it only weighs 400 pounds so he had to get help to get it into his basement.

THE DRAW:  TINA won again; she always wins when the pot is small.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

D WAC: because nobody was there he announced the 50/50 game this Sunday for team 2. but again because nobody was there, there where no volunteers. Jack & Tina from team 1 said that they will be there to help, hope some others reading this bull will show up to help because we need it.

JEREMY: Today is World Polio Awareness Day and he went to the Go Station at 7am to give out information to commuters. He gave out 230 brochures, and had maybe 4 people that actually cared. Guess everyone just too busy at that time of day to care about anything but getting to work.

Next week regular meeting, Nov. 7th will be an evening Club Assembly.

RAY: Ireland’s worst air disaster occurred early this morning when a small two-seater Cessna Plane crashed into a cemetery. Irish search and rescue workers have recovered 2,826 bodies so far and expect that number to climb as digging continues into the night.

JACK: Read some Canadian facts from the “Moose Paper”, good stuff.

DANNIE read some jokes, good thing we had no visitors.
